Peter Lazzara, NREMT-P, BS
Peter is a nationally recognized EMS educator with more than three decades of experience. A former Chicago Fire Department Field Chief, he has extensive expertise in pediatric emergency care, critical care transport, and EMS education.

Tim Hillier, ACP
Tim Hillier began his career in 1984 as a volunteer “Ambulance Driver” (his words) in his hometown of Rivers, Manitoba, population 800 and ended it with Medavie Health Services as Deputy Chief, Professional Standards 37 years later.

George Hleboff, ACP
George Hleboff is a practicing Advanced Care Paramedic dedicated to creating high-performance prehospital training environments focused on team dynamics, excellence under pressure, and complementarity (close functional connection).
His journey in paramedicine began in Johannesburg, South Africa, over twenty-five years ago.
He established Ten 10 Paramedic Education and Consulting in 2016 to improve patient safety and support practitioner well-being, including first responder training through curriculum design, facilitation, and coaching.

Landon Ullrich, ACP
Landon began volunteering with Soo Line Ambulance in 2000 and has progressed from EMT to Advanced Care Paramedic. He is also a passionate advocate for mental health awareness within EMS and helped establish the Melville & Area First Responder Peer Support Group.

Rachel Tyler, ACP
Rachel started her EMS career in Winnipeg Manitoba and has worked many roles in EMS before settling into a supervisor role at Swift Current ambulance. She is currently an educator and con-ed developer for Hutch ambulance Swift Current, Assiniboia and Ponteix.

Ray Francis, ACP
Ray is a retired ACP whose career in EMS spans 37 years. He retired from Moose Jaw EMS in 2013, but has come out of retirement and is presently working in a casual position with Hutch Ambulance-Assiniboia and Ponteix.
